Dry conditions will continue Saturday. Rain is expected for most of the area Sunday, with a light wintry mix at the higher elevations as a low pressure system crosses the area. A brief dry period will start next week, with another round of precipitation and low pressure system by mid week. Dry high pressure returns for Friday.

Rain likely, mainly after 3am. Cloudy, with lows around freezing. Winds out of the southeast 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
